SEAL REPAIR BOSCH K JETRONIC fuel metering head / distributor
As part of our rebuild kit portfolio for a Bosch fuel metering Distributor to fit 4 cylinder Volkswagen Audi engines.
This kit will service the following cast iron Fuel Distributors;

You do not need any special tools to rebuild these fuel distributors & instructions are available from the a link provided.
This kit will reseal your distributor.
Within the kit;
x4 O-rings for metering slot body (Viton) (VI001A)
x2 O-rings for control piston (Viton) (VI003A)
x1 O-ring for control plunger inside fuel distributor (Viton) (VI004A)
x2 O-rings for push up valve and one for primary-pressure regulator (NI001A & NI002A)
x1 O-ring for connection between fuel distributor and Air Flow Meter (NI003A)
x3 Copper washers for banjo fittings (smaller)
x3 Copper washers for banjo fittings (larger)
x8 smaller stainless steel torx bolts
x3 larger stainless steel torx bolts
As you can see, this kit is an ideal upgrade or direct replacement to the original parts.
Kit will arrive as pictured with seals in separate bags (Viton & Nitrile).
